- Existing OCR runtime/model resources retain their notices under /ocr/models/NOTICE.txt and /ocr/models/LICENSE-Apache-2.0.txt. Existing OFD/PDF renderer dependencies retain their package licenses.

These tools run locally. The names above are dependency attribution, not a claim that recognition, conversion, or document fidelity is certified by their authors. The separate Ghostscript review in the repository remains open; this change does not resolve it.
